Responsibilities
- Design banners, icons, and promotional creatives for new game releases
- Create graphics for performance marketing campaigns, paid advertising, and SMM (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Prepare visuals for email marketing campaigns
- Retouch and enhance game assets for marketing use (background removal, compositing, color correction)
- Apply commercial effects (glow, metallic textures, highlights, volume, sharpening)
- Resize and adapt creatives for different formats and platforms
- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of Layer Styles, Blending Modes, brushes, and post-processing techniques
- Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, and typography
- Portfolio with examples of advertising graphics or banner design
- English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher
- Fluency in Russian
Will be a strong advantage
- Experience using AI tools for image generation or enhancement
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Figma (components, layouts)
- Motion design skills (After Effects)
- Experience in iGaming or gaming industry
- Experience creating animated or video ads
